How do I transfer my current license for soothe to my iLok? (soothe1)

With soothe version 1.2.0, we are introducing iLok support. We strongly recommend all of our customers to move their existing soothe licenses over to iLok license management. Please note, licenses bought before the 23rd of May 2018 will still be available with three activations per license, even after deploying a license to iLok.

To migrate your existing license(s) to iLok license support, visit https://account.oeksound.com/ilok and follow the instructions provided in the form.

If you have purchased soothe before the 15th of June 2017 and haven’t updated since, your license has automatically been moved to our (now also legacy) license management. The iLok migration form will ask you to fill in your credentials for your oeksound account at https://account.oeksound.com, however if you’ve never visited our license management, just fill in the credentials you last used to activate soothe. If you need to change your password, use the lost password functionality at the login page of your oeksound account.
