Check the iLok License Manager
We recommend reinstalling the iLok License Manager to make sure that there aren’t any issues related to that. Please download the iLok License Manager from here, and run the installer to reinstall the iLok License Manager. Please also deactivate and reactivate your license from and to your computer/iLok dongle to refresh the activation.
If using an iLok USB dongle: check that the dongle is plugged in
If you’ve activated the license onto a physical iLok dongle, please double-check that the USB dongle is actually plugged in. The dongle’s LED light shows when the dongle is recognized. If the light is off, unplug it, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in.
Reinstall the plug-in
On macOS, please download the uninstaller for oeksound plug-ins, an uninstall the plug-in in question. Now, download the plug-in again from our downloads page, and reinstall the plug-in.
On Windows, please uninstall the plug-in from either Add or Remove Programs on Windows 10 or from the Applications view (win+I) on Windows 11. Now, download the plug-in again from our downloads page, and reinstall the plug-in.
Rescan the plug-in into your DAW
Depending on the DAW in question, the processes differ a bit. Typically, rescanning plug-ins happens in the DAW’s respective Plug-In Manager. Please contact support for detailed instructions for rescanning plug-ins in your DAW, or search the web for e.g. “(your DAW here) plug-in rescan”.
